Brokerage upgrades & add-ons

Any program can be upgraded to a Brokerage tier for teams of up to 10 agents — capped at 10 to protect lead exclusivity within your firm. One-off campaigns are occasionally available for clients pursuing a specific opportunity (an active probate, a seasonal push). Single-campaign engagements run at standard rates without the annual-program discount. For most agents in the markets we serve, the 12-month programs are substantially better economically and strategically — but if a tactical opportunity warrants a one-off, we'll consider it.

How address access works

Address access is an add-on to any of the three programs. Per-address rates are tiered by signal quality (Standard / Premium / Hot Signals) and confirmed when you activate access. You scale up during hot seasons, scale down during slow ones — pay only for what you use.

Minimum order: a baseline monthly address volume applies once activated, sized to your market and program. Obituary Leads are capped separately at 200/month. Skip any month with zero usage charges.

Volume cap by territory: Your monthly maximum is bounded by viable property inventory in your exclusive town. We confirm realistic volumes during the Discovery Call so you know what to expect from day one.

Market exclusivity: Every address is unique to you within your territory. No other MSP client ever receives the same addresses in your market.

Market Exclusivity

One client per town. Period.

When you sign a program with MSP, you aren't joining a crowded roster of agents running identical outreach in the same zip codes. You're claiming a territory. One client per town — no exceptions, no overlap, no dilution.

The last thing a serious agent wants is to pay us to run outreach in their market while we're running identical outreach for three other agents in the same zip code. That would dilute response rates, cannibalize appointments, and defeat the entire purpose.

That's why we say no to new clients in towns already claimed. If your target market is taken, we'll put you on a waitlist with first-right-of-refusal. For brokerages, territorial exclusivity extends across your entire 10-agent team.

The questions every agent asks first.

Why are all three programs 12-month engagements?
Because shorter engagements don't produce real results. AI systems need 90+ days of real-world data to optimize. Direct mail produces compounding returns over months, not weeks. Outbound campaigns work best when they rotate consistently through your lists. Every shorter-term engagement we've seen from peer companies either produces disappointing results or gets extended anyway — so we price the 12-month commitment honestly from day one and reward it with locked-in rates and priority service.
What's the difference between AI Inbound and AI Outbound?
AI Inbound handles people who come to you — seller calls to your office, open house sign-ins, website form submissions. The AI qualifies them, books appointments on your calendar, and keeps them warm until they're ready. AI Outbound is the opposite: it actively works your lists. Calls addresses, sends SMS campaigns, drops ringless voicemails, runs multi-touch follow-up sequences. Inbound is reactive; Outbound is proactive. The Growth Suite has both; the AI Program lets you choose.
Why does the Mail Program run quarterly but the Growth Suite runs monthly?
Different programs serve different budgets and strategies. The Mail Program is priced to be accessible for producing agents who want real mail infrastructure without a six-figure annual commitment — four well-timed quarterly campaigns produce meaningful results at an affordable price point. The Growth Suite is priced for serious operators who want to dominate their market with monthly frequency — 13 campaigns per year keeps your brand visible across every season, and the integrated AI engine immediately engages anyone who responds. Quarterly is solid farming; monthly is market domination.
Can I just run a single mail campaign to test the Mail Program?
One-off campaigns are occasionally available for specific tactical opportunities — an active probate you're pursuing, a seasonal push in a particular neighborhood. But single-campaign tests almost always fail to prove the system because direct mail's value is cumulative. A homeowner sees your postcard in March, tosses it. Sees another in May, recognizes your name. Calls in August when they're ready. Single campaigns miss all of that compounding. If you want to test the waters, we recommend a minimum of 3 campaigns over 90 days at standard (non-discounted) rates.
Why isn't pricing listed on the page?
Each program is sized to the agent or brokerage we're building it for. Two variables in particular drive real differences: AI outbound throughput (call volume, SMS/RVM cadence, list size) and mail campaign volume (pieces per drop, total drops per year). These aren't add-ons we mark up — they're scoped to your market and goals so the system delivers without waste. We quote a fixed price after the Discovery Call so you know what you're committing to, with rates locked for 12 months.
Will sellers know they're talking to AI?
The AI identifies itself as your assistant if asked directly — we don't deceive leads. But modern conversational AI is so natural that most callers don't ask. The AI is trained on your voice, tone, and talking points so it represents you accurately. Once a lead is qualified and booked, you take over for the actual appointment — which is where the human relationship and the listing signature happen.
What if MSP operates in my market?
MSP Consulting Services' own acquisitions business focuses on Greater Boston. Our Agent Growth Suite programs are sold on strict market exclusivity — one client per town. If your target market overlaps with MSP's own acquisitions, we're upfront about that and handle it thoughtfully. In practice, MSP acquisitions targets off-market seller opportunities; agent clients target listing and buyer conversions. The workflows rarely collide.
How does the address add-on work with the programs?
Address access is optional and sold separately from the three programs. Any client can add it. Rates are tiered by signal quality (Standard / Premium / Hot Signals), with Obituary Leads as a separate, capped category. When activated, a baseline monthly volume applies, sized to your market. Addresses flow directly into your AI outbound engine (for AI Program and Growth Suite clients) or into your mail campaigns (for Mail Program and Growth Suite clients). Specific rates and minimums are confirmed when you activate access.
Is there a Brokerage upgrade available?
Yes. Any program can be upgraded to a Brokerage tier — capped at 10 agents per brokerage for lead exclusivity and brand clarity. We don't want multiple agents from the same firm hitting the same prospect, so the cap protects everyone in your shop. Brokerage tier includes team-wide lead routing, shared open house sign-in, leaderboards, broker oversight, and a dedicated account manager. Tier sizing and investment are quoted after the Discovery Call.
Do I pay the full year up front?
No. Setup is paid at signing (or split 50/50 across signing and go-live). Monthly amounts are billed monthly throughout the 12-month engagement. Mail piece and processing costs are billed as each campaign is executed. Year-one billing aligns with your cash flow and commission cycles. After the initial 12 months, the engagement rolls to quarter-to-quarter with 60 days notice to end.
Who owns the leads and data?
You own everything. Every inquiry, every appointment, every piece of data generated during your program — it's yours, in your CRM, under your brand. If you end the engagement, you keep all of it. We're the infrastructure provider and operator, not a lead aggregator. No ongoing claims on deals, no referral fees on closed transactions, no catches.
What about NAR and state AI disclosure rules?
Our system is designed to comply with NAR's Code of Ethics and state real estate licensing regulations. The AI handles appointment-setting and lead qualification only — licensed real estate advice happens between you and the client during the appointment. We stay current on state-by-state AI disclosure rules (which are evolving quickly) and update the system as regulations change. Every mail campaign is reviewed for NAR compliance and state disclosure requirements before going out.
